Concrete that looks rough often grinds down to a perfectly sound surface; what actually disqualifies a slab is active movement or contamination too deep to remove, and we tell you which case you have on the spot.

Day one is grinding and repair, day two is base coat and broadcast, day three is topcoat, and the whole visit runs quieter than owners expect thanks to vacuum-shrouded equipment. You get a text when each stage wraps.
