Every system below is installed in house by the Signature crew with full prep, full warranty, and full project ownership from quote to final coat.

MMR Group, Baton RougeData center equipment manufacturing facility. Owner: MMR Group, a privately held electrical and instrumentation firm valued north of one billion dollars.
The job that puts the work on a different scale.
8,500 PSI
Densified slab, post-prep
1,500+ grit
Mirror finish, sealed
135,000 SF
Single crew, fixed phase
Most commercial epoxy contractors top out around 20,000 to 30,000 sq ft per project. The MMR data center floor was 135,000 sq ft, every square foot prepped, ground, densified, polished, and sealed by the Signature crew on a fixed timeline with no second contractor brought in. It is the kind of job most Louisiana flooring crews politely decline, and it is the kind we are built for.
What it means for your project: the crew, the equipment, the prep capacity, and the project management discipline are already calibrated for facilities where a hundred thousand square feet is a single phase. A 5,000 sq ft restaurant or a 20,000 sq ft warehouse runs on the same systems, just compressed. There is no learning curve on your job because the learning curve happened on someone else’s.
Talk to Connor about your scopeHow a Signature install runs from first call to final coat.
Four steps. No subcontractors, no surprise change orders, no hand off between crews.
On site evaluation of the slab, environment, and use case.
Connor or a senior installer walks the space, evaluates slab condition, moisture, existing coatings, drainage, traffic patterns, and the use case the floor needs to survive. You leave with a written scope and a fixed quote, not a vague range.
Floor prep is the job. Everything else is paint.
Diamond grinding, shot blasting, crack chase and fill, joint repair, and full moisture mitigation when the slab calls for it. Eighty percent of every coating failure traces back to bad prep. We do not skip steps to hit a price point.
Coatings poured, broadcast, troweled, and finished by the Signature crew.
Polished concrete densification and burnishing, metallic epoxy reveals, urethane cement broadcast, polyaspartic top coats, all installed by Signature employees on a fixed schedule. No subs, no rotating faces on your job site.
Sealed, inspected, and signed off.
Final UV stable top coat, walk through with you on the finished floor, written warranty in your hand, and the crew off site on the day promised. If anything misses spec, we are back the next morning to fix it.
Built by Connor in 2021. Booked out by the projects nobody else would take.
Signature Epoxy Flooring started as a summer job. Connor spent two seasons learning the craft on someone else’s crew, then two more years sharpening it under a Louisiana contractor before opening Signature in 2021. The plan was small: garages, basements, the occasional commercial floor. Then a single commercial client asked the question Connor had been waiting to hear: can you handle the whole facility?
Five years later, the Signature crew has installed floors in barbershops in Lafayette, restaurants in Slidell, hospital wings in Baton Rouge, and the 135,000 sq ft polished concrete floor in MMR Group’s data center equipment facility. The mix has shifted commercial, but the discipline is the same on every job: skilled installers, real prep, written warranties, fixed schedules.
If you have an epoxy or polished concrete project anywhere in Louisiana and you want it installed once, installed right, and installed by people who know what the floor is going to be doing in five years, you are in the right place.

Questions worth asking before you hire any flooring contractor.
Direct answers to what commercial property owners and residential clients ask Connor most often.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Baton Rouge, LA, and surrounding areas across Louisiana, handling both residential and commercial epoxy flooring projects. From the Acadiana parishes to the Northshore, the River Region, and the Bayou corridor, our crew travels statewide for projects of scale and detail.
How long does epoxy flooring installation take?
Most residential projects can be completed in a few days, while large-scale commercial spaces may take longer depending on the size and prep work required. We give you a written timeline with your quote, so you know exactly what to expect before the crew shows up.
Is epoxy flooring durable for high-traffic areas?
Yes, epoxy flooring is designed to withstand heavy foot traffic, vehicles, and industrial use, making it ideal for warehouses, garages, and showrooms. Properly prepped and installed, it carries forklift loads, shrugs off chemical spills, and outlasts the original concrete in many cases.
Can epoxy be customized for design and color?
Absolutely, we offer a wide range of colors, flake systems, and metallic finishes to create floors that are both durable and visually stunning. From subtle satin solids to dramatic metallic reveals to custom flake blends matched to your brand, every project gets sampled before install.
How do I maintain my epoxy floor?
Epoxy floors are easy to maintain with simple sweeping and mopping. For heavy spills or chemicals, we recommend a mild cleaner and prompt cleanup. No waxing, no resealing, no specialty products required to keep the floor looking like it did on day one.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we provide financing with 0% APR for 12 months for qualified applicants, making our epoxy flooring services more accessible to homeowners and businesses. Ask about financing when you call for your estimate and we will run you through the options.
What makes Signature Epoxy Flooring different?
Our team has extensive experience with both luxury metallic finishes and large-scale commercial projects, setting us apart. The same crew that installs a high-end metallic garage floor in a Lafayette home is the crew that recently completed a 135,000 sq ft polished concrete floor for MMR, a billion dollar data center equipment manufacturer in Baton Rouge. Scale and detail, on the same job.
